Charles “Chuck” Gray co-leads Egon Zehnder’s U.S. CEO and Board Practice. He advises clients on CEO succession, board recruitment, board effectiveness, and other board related projects. His work spans all sectors including financial services, technology, consumer, industrial, and health care. Previously Chuck led the U.S. Technology Officers practice where he worked with clients on CIO, CTO, CDO and other technical leadership roles. Chuck also co-led the North America Diversity Practice.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Chuck was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he served as the Chief of Staff for the global head of Treasury Services Operations. Previously, he was based in Boston as a Director in the M&A and strategy departments of Liberty Mutual Group. Earlier in his career, Chuck was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Dallas and an Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York.
